Arden Lodge is located in the historic and picturesque Borders village of West Linton in Peebleshire, just one minutes walk from a spectacular golf course.
The pretty Scottish village has two country pubs, an excellent restaurant, tearoom, general store, newsagent, delicatessen, bookshop, Post Office and renowned Fireside Shop all within walking distance.
The lodge is fully equipped with 2 bedrooms (double and twin, both ensuite), a living room with hill views, dining room, breakfast room and utility room. Facilities include tv, dvd, video, hifi, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob and oven.
Conveniently located, Arden Lodge can be used as a base to visit Scotland's capital city, Edinburgh with its world class theatres and restaurants just a half hours drive away. Glasgow is only an hour and the beautiful Borders towns of Melrose, Jedburgh and Peebles are also close by.
